John Skousen was born and educated in Salt Lake City Utah. During his experience working for National Advertising Agencies, he was the key contact for clients that included Ford Motor Company, GMAC, and regional automotive advertising groups. The founder of two independently successful Advertising Agencies, John is a strong believer in the power of effective creative, combined with the right advertising strategy.
Rebecca Operations & Media Director 
Being a self–proclaimed member of the Witness Protection Program, Rebecca is unable to disclose a lot of information. However, her work experience includes years of marketing and sales management, product management, advertising, public relations and market research. Rebecca’s educational background is as varied as her work experience with degrees in Marketing and Criminal Justice and minors in Psychology and Theatre. When not at work, Rebecca enjoys racing stock cars and needlepoint.Maria Traffic Coordinator 
Maria’s interests are varied and have spanned the decades. She has been actively involved in various aspects of the family owned restaurant since the early 70’s . Having always wanted to pursue her interest in the field of art and picture framing, she had her own gallery and picture framing business for several years before moving back to her hometown. Being once again involved in the restaurant, she was curious about the working environment of a busy advertising agency. She has had an opportunity to fulfill that curiosity streak when she was hired as an office manager for Cynergy Advertising. Her various duties also encompasses her love of art, in that she has an opportunity to display samples of Cynergy’s handiwork.Chris Creative Director 
Chris brings over 20 years of media production and marketing experience to the role of Creative Director at Cynergy. From managing and announcing for a touring team of fluorescent clad skaters in the 80’s to radio announcer, NPR reporter, Account Executive, National level Marketing Director, Award Winning Producer, and confirmed Punk Rocker, Chris has done it all. Now as Creative Director Chris brings all those skills to bear to knock out some well tuned creative at Cynergy.Danika Production Director 
Danika studied photography at Brooks Institute and video editing at the Art Institute in San Francisco after graduating from Skidmore College in New York. Danika grew up in Hawaii and arrived to Missoula in 2005 after an 8 year stint in Los Angeles where she started as an assistant editor on national commercials and later worked as a staff editor cutting promos for television networks including AMC, Warner Brothers, Disney and Comedy Central. Brian Lead Graphic Designer 
Brian’s passion for graphic design grew out of his love of athletic identity design. Brian believes in the principals of branding, and is a fervent advocate of good typography. Brian graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Digital Art. When not at work, Brian enjoys playing ice hockey, as well as spending time with his wife and their two dogs. |
